Former reviews stated the outdoor spigot not working - it truly is still not working. Therefore the house got many sand in it.

They say location is everything, And that i'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, plus the location was awesome, but it really's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doors, the trim, much of your household furniture, and so on.
